Product tour

Screenshots of the Agent Office web app, version 0.2: the floor in 3D and 2D, chat, an agent's desk, Needs you, the artifact viewer, Audit and Settings.

These screenshots are from the platform's built-in preview, which runs the real web app on demo data (the fictional Acme Office, 15 agents) with simulated live activity: runs start and finish, mail flows between desks, and chat replies stream in. Nothing here is a mock-up, but the numbers are demo data. They were taken in the light theme at 1440 × 900; every page also has a dark theme (System, Light or Dark in the top bar).

To see the preview yourself from a checkout of the platform: npm run build && PORT=8806 node dist/server/preview.js, then sign in at http://127.0.0.1:8806 as owner@example.com with the password demo-office-2026.

The floor in 3D#

The 3D floor.
The office as a small 3D diorama. Each department is a zone; agents sit at their desks with name tags showing unread mail and requests waiting on you. Working agents type at a glowing monitor. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, click someone to open their desk.

The status line reads Live: the view refetches its data when runs, mail, agents or approvals change. See The floor.

The floor in 2D#

The 2D floor.
A top-down plan: departments as rooms, a desk card per agent whose pixel-art scene acts out its state (typing, idle, new mail, waiting on you), status and spend on every card, you in the Lounge. Pan, zoom and Fit; click a card to open the desk. Mail that arrives while you watch flies from desk to desk.

The third view, List, is the plain card list, and the page without JavaScript. The four stats above every view are the same: on duty, working now, needs you, and spend today against the combined budget.

Chat#

A chat thread while the agent is answering.
A private thread with Morgan, the Chief of Staff. The tool calls of this run (inbox, a file read, a search) sit above the reply, which is still streaming. While the run is live, the composer queues new messages and offers Stop. Older threads are on the left.

Each message starts a short run in the agent's sandbox. Only you see your threads. See Chat with an agent.

An agent's desk#

Morgan's desk.
The desk: status, who the agent reports to and a link to its memory vault; your chats with it; its recent runs with status and cost; today's budget with the hard stop; and what it can do, compiled from its capabilities into plain English.

The What Morgan can do list is generated from the personnel file, so it can't drift from what is enforced. Admins see Suspend, which opens a policy PR rather than flipping a switch.

Needs you#

The Needs you page.
Requests from agents (a budget override and a temporary capability), each with Approve and Deny, and below them policy proposals. A change that removes capabilities is flagged with a red Removes pill and its removals in red.

Agents ask with approval_request; a lead decides. Policy proposals are merged in Gitea, where branch protection decides who may merge. Approved windows that are still open are listed here too, with End now. See Permissions & capabilities.

An artifact#

A published report in the artifact viewer.
A Markdown report the Chief of Staff published with artifact_publish, rendered by the office. View in vault opens the file at its commit on the forge; From this run links to the run that made it.

Artifacts are committed to the agent's vault by the office. HTML artifacts are shown in a sandbox with no scripts. See Artifacts.

Audit#

The Audit page.
The ledger: every action by people, agents and the office, newest first, with filters. The banner shows the chain verified and the last anchor commit in the policy repo matching.

See Audit & the ledger.

Settings#

The Settings page.
Health checks (forge, model credential kind, sandbox, one OS user per agent, policy repo), the office's identity, its repositories, and office.yaml read-only. Secrets are never shown.

The preview's demo office reports platform version 0.1.0 here; a real office shows the version it runs. The Docs link appears when office.docs_url is set.
